Return to Self for Cancer Survivors

A Guided Meditation to Reconnect With Your Body, Your Soul, and Your Life After Cancer

Cancer can create a quiet distance between you and your own soul.
As a cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how deeply this experience can change you. Cancer can feel like it quietly takes pieces of your sense of self — your confidence, your emotional safety, your sense of control, and sometimes even your connection to your own soul. I know what it feels like to move through your healing journey and then look at life on the other side and feel… a little lost. Like parts of you were carried somewhere else during the experience.
This guided meditation was created from that place of lived understanding. This is not about forcing yourself to feel “back to normal.” This is about learning how to gently reconnect with yourself. How to breathe life back into the parts of you that feel quiet, distant, or uncertain. And how to allow yourself to become — slowly, gracefully, and without pressure — after everything you have endured.
