Lymphatic Drainage for Frozen Shoulder
Struggling With a Frozen Shoulder? Lymphatic Drainage Actually Helps.
Many women come to Wellness by the Sea frustrated by shoulder stiffness, discomfort, and limited movement.

Through lymphatic drainage, I’ve worked with women experiencing frozen shoulder symptoms who arrived with significant limitations in their range of motion. Some were unable to comfortably lift their arms more than halfway, and after their session, they noticed a dramatic improvement in how freely they could move—including being able to lift their arms overhead with greater ease.

Every body responds differently, but many clients experience lymphatic drainage as a deeply relaxing therapy that supports healthy lymphatic flow, circulation, tissue comfort, and mobility. By helping encourage fluid movement and reducing feelings of congestion and tightness, this gentle approach may provide meaningful support alongside physical therapy and other care for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis).
